Ns cleaners agrees not to provide your contact information and we take steps to provide all users with a reliable experience.
When scheduling on the website, you will be asked to provide your contact information and to select a specific cleaning service, as well as all information related to the size of the property, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, among others.
Reservation and confirmation:
Once you reserve the cleaning service online, it does not mean that the appointment is immediately confirmed for that day and time; we will contact you by email, text message or phone call to confirm the appointment and availability.
The Client is expected to be on the premises at the time of our representative’s arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made with a security code and key.

If for any reason of force majeure or fortuitous event, one of our service providers is delayed, we will immediately contact you to report the problem and confirm as soon as they arrive at your home.
Pay:
Payment for services can be made by credit or debit card through the Customer portal located on the website or by phone call. Or in some cases, through cash.
We reserve the right to collect and retain your credit/debit card information for payment of cleaning services provided. You understand that your card will not be charged until after the scheduled cleaning has been completed.

Financial Responsibility:
You understand and agree to be personally and financially responsible for any and all outstanding costs and fees for cleaning services provided by our Company and within this Agreement.
Refund of money:
Ns cleaners does not offer refunds to customers, as we offer a service of the highest quality standards, however, if you have any type of error in your cleaning, contact us immediately and we will immediately schedule to solve your problem, without any additional cost.
Denial of service:
Ns cleaners, reserves the right to reject or interrupt the service at any time and for any reason to protect our Company, in the following cases:
– extreme mess
– Firearms
– Public services not working
– Aggressive pets
If this situation arises, due to any of the above reasons, you understand and agree that you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00.
